1.1. All orders are processed within two business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2.1. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

2.2. We offer standard shipping within the UK. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are based on the shipping method selected.

2.3. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on factors such as shipping location, carrier delays, and public holidays.

3. Order Tracking

3.1. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) (if available). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

3.2. You can track the status of your order by entering the tracking number(s) on our website or the carrier's website.

4. Shipping Restrictions

4.1. At this time, we only ship orders within the UK. We do not ship to international destinations.

4.2. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

5. Shipping Insurance

5.1. Shipping insurance is available for an additional fee. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance for your order, please contact us at fiveyearplan@fanmediamerch.co.uk before placing your order.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

6.1. We are not liable for any lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier for delivery. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier in the event of a lost or damaged package.
